Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PT Baskun Teknologi Perkasa ("we", "us") handles personal data on this website (baskun.com) and in the apps we publish. We follow Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and the policies of Google Play and the Apple App Store.

This website

baskun.com does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

Our apps

Each app we publish has its own privacy section or page that lists exactly what data that app collects and why. Where an app has no separate notice, these rules apply:

• We collect only the data an app needs to work, such as account details you give us or settings you save.
• Payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive or store your card details.
• If an app uses third-party services (for example crash reporting or cloud storage), the app's notice names them.
• We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by Indonesian law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Email halo@baskun.com and we will respond within the time required by law.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 unless an app's store listing says otherwise, in which case that app follows the relevant store rules for children's apps.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
